WHAT EXACTLY IS E-INSITE?
E-Insite is the system we have patented to make sure every property manager, or owner receives our professional insight, knowledge, photos, documentation and customer service.
Being that we are comprised of individuals with an extensive background in what owners and property managers expect, we get vital information you need regarding your property to you ASAP. This includes but is not limited to: problems regarding code violations, and other exterior issues that could affect the value of the property.
Photos. Photos are taken before and after the completed work. Our photos also include street views, full exterior and interior, and comparable sales you would like us to take a picture of (you supply the addresses). This helps every property manager or owner in a couple of ways. They receive an average of 40 pictures/home. ALL PHOTOS ARE EMAILED WHILE WE ARE ON SITE.
Documentation. A complete checklist and review form is emailed to you while we are on site. This gives the property manager or owner the ability to make an additional request for clarification on an aspect of the home or take an additional picture or two.
Customer Service. Not only do you receive award-winning customer service from our main office, with every order, you will receive the cell phone number of the crew manager that will be on-site. We anticipate and expect you to call them directly. Again, we are here to meet all your needs.
